By accessing or using the MemberHub platform, operated by Lava Agency d.o.o. (PIB: 105966587, MB: 20499591), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

MemberHub provides organizations with a platform to offer exclusive member benefits negotiated with partner businesses. Access is provided via a monthly subscription plan.

3. Company Responsibilities

Companies are responsible for maintaining accurate employee records on the platform, keeping login credentials secure, and ensuring their employees use the platform in accordance with these terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. MemberHub reserves the right to suspend access if payments are not received. Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

MemberHub acts as an intermediary between organizations and partner businesses. We are not responsible for the quality, availability, or changes to partner offers. Partner offers may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
